libctemplate3 software package provides Simple but powerful template language for C++, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libctemplate3
libctemplate3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libctemplate3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libctemplate3 *
You will get with libctemplate3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
